Message me through any of my "Duen Draws" social media accounts (Facebook, X/Twitter, or Instagram) to inquire about a commission. Please allow 2–3 days for me to review and respond to your request.2. PROVIDE REFERENCES
Please provide a detailed description of the artwork or characters you would like me to draw. Include relevant references for the pose, outfit, hairstyle, color palette, expression, background, and other important details.3. REVISION POLICY
Each commission includes up to two (2) major revisions during the sketch or line-art stage. Any revisions requested during the coloring or finalization stage may be subject to an additional fee.4. PAYMENT & SLOT CONFIRMATION
Once the artwork details have been discussed and your commission has been confirmed, payment must be made to secure your slot. The artist accepts either full payment upfront or a 50% down payment. Payment is required before working on the commission.5. DRAWING PROGRESS
The estimated turnaround time is 5 days to a maximum of 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the commission and my current workload. I will notify you in advance should there be any unexpected delays.6. FINAL OUTPUT
The final artwork will be uploaded in a Google Drive folder, owned by the artist. You may download the files to secure your own copy. Link of the GDrive folder will be sent to your active email address once the commission has been fully paid.
Commission & PaymentI reserve the right to refuse or decline commissions that are beyond my capabilities, style, or comfort level.Additional fees may apply for complex objects, accessories, detailed/custom backgrounds, or other elements that require extra work. Any additional charges will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.Please finalize your commission details before sending your request. Cancellations and refunds are not allowed once payment has been made.
Copyright & Personal UseThe artist retains the copyright and ownership of the original artwork. Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright ownership to the client. I reserve the right to display the completed artwork in my portfolio and social media unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.Personal-use artworks may be posted on social media and used as a profile or account icon, provided that the artist is properly credited. Clients may print and/or reproduce the artwork for personal collection only. The artwork may not be used for giveaways, event sponsorships, or prizes.
RestrictionsEditing or altering the artist’s artwork to create a different version is strictly prohibited, including changing the artwork’s colors or other major visual elements. Minor adjustments to lighting, brightness, and contrast are allowed solely for printing purposes. Adding text, free-to-use images, or graphics to the artwork is allowed, provided that the original artwork itself is not altered.The artwork must not be uploaded, submitted, or used as input on any AI platform or generative AI tool. Combining my artwork with another artist’s artwork requires prior notice and is subject to the artist’s approval at their sole discretion.
Commercial & Extended UseIf you intend to use the artwork for commercial purposes, an additional fee equivalent to 50% of the artwork’s total price will be charged. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, mass production, use in shop merchandise or freebies, promotional materials, advertising, or any other use intended for commercial gain or profit.Giveaways, event sponsorships, and prizes are subject to the additional 50% fee when the artwork is reproduced or distributed to third parties as part of a business, brand, organization, event, promotion, or marketing activity, even if the artwork itself is not being sold.
Reselling the ArtworkThe artist must be informed before reselling the artwork, including the name or profile of the person to whom the artwork will be sold. Price must not exceed the amount set by the artist.
Artwork SharingThe host may decide how many individuals/sharers will participate, provided that the total amount collected does not exceed the artwork’s stated price. There is no limit on trades unless the host chooses to set one. The host must provide the artist with the complete list of sharers, including their social media profile links and active email addresses.
